We created a series of video ads that got real about the ups and downs of finance. Our work showcased the “boomerang effect” of particular situations — assuring that, despite financial chaos (or setbacks), there’s always a way back to productive investing with the help of Ameriprise.

Our work began with a “Financial Comebacks” study, authored by Ameriprise, that demonstrated the normalcy of a financial setback, and the eventual recovery that’s possible.
We also leveraged the understanding that many consumers were struggling to consider their greater financial picture due to COVID-era uncertainty. So, we sought to communicate how, while prioritizing finances is a challenge, it’s completely attainable when working with an Ameriprise Financial Advisor.
Ultimately, our campaign helped drive an 18% appointment rate increase with Ameriprise Financial Advisors. As a result, Ameriprise expanded the campaign into broadcast, television, and radio, buying spots that were aired across several broadcast distribution channels.
