Cultural Marketing Specialist

KNOCK is seeking a Cultural Marketing Specialist to research and prepare culture-driven consumer reports based on primary and secondary research to offer innovation, brand, and message strategy to multinational clients, illustrating data graphically and translating complex multicultural findings into written text; seek and provide information through trends analysis on specific markets throughout Latin America, and particularly Brazil, to help companies determine their position in international marketplaces; collaborate with the internal team to devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, including global surveys, opinion polls, and questionnaires and translate findings into marketing communications recommendations; collect and analyze data on Spanish and Portuguese-speaking customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand including identifying micro and macro culture shifts in Latin America and translating findings into actionable marketing communications tactics.
