Canvassed across a variety of mediums, “Blue, Too”. became the campaign theme that communicated the “extra” service being offered by BCBS; a first-of-its-kind insurance store in Minnesota. The campaign extended to other “Too” lines, such as “Just Too Neighborly,” to complement the main theme and create interest.
The retail environment is an inviting space that welcomes exploration and conversation about insurance and good health. Personalized office suites allow for meaningful dialogue with a BCBS MN representative. A “concierge bar” offers digital loops on iPads to learn about BCBSMN and its many programs. A life-size community calendar informs visitors of classes and workshops.
