Before founding KNOCK in 2001, Lili Hall spent 14 years in brand-building and business development with adidas America, B.U.M. Equipment and other international brands. She’s a seasoned pro in brand development, growth and protection, and has been named one of Ernst & Young LLP’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women.


Chief Creative Officer/Partner

Todd’s innate vision for possibility, creative acumen and holistic leadership style are among KNOCK’s greatest assets, as well as his 20 years of award-winning campaigns for Target, New Balance and other national brands. He spearheads the groundbreaking work that has earned KNOCK international recognition, inspiring our teams to take every client challenge as a personal mission. 


Chief Strategy Officer

Delivering measurable results: That’s Jodi’s science. A knack for making customers fall in love with a brand: That’s Jodi’s art. With an intuition that refines strategies to their most compelling core, Jodi has been KNOCK’s account lead for major clients including Target, Perry Ellis International, Levi's, Von Maur and more.


VP Business Development

Tom is instrumental in cementing KNOCK’s partnerships with national retailers including New Balance, Perry Ellis and Von Maur, as well as developing new relationships across a wide range of industries. His pitch-perfect efforts have earned KNOCK a place on the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies list for two years running—growth that almost keeps pace with Tom’s ever-expanding circle of friends, fans and followers.



Jenn is KNOCK’s resident genius in blending linear processes and creative thinking, ensuring that our workflow consistently produces an exceptional level of quality. Jenn’s many years as a project management leader draws the very best out of technical, strategic and creative forces while ensuring on-time, on-budget and on-target projects. 


VP Creative Director

Sara nurtures creative projects into communications that surprise and inform their audiences, crafting powerful brand statements for clients such as Perry Ellis International, Mattel, Smead and Namco Bandai Games. Sara’s leadership experience includes managing Target’s monthly RED employee magazine plus a head-to-tails restructuring of Target’s Human Resources brand.


VP Creative Director

Dan’s finesse borders on superpowers: X-ray vision that sees straight into the heart of a business challenge, and the brute dedication it takes to develop powerful creative that syncs with strategy. Prior to joining KNOCK, Dan transformed the retail landscape shaping multi-channel campaigns for Target’s home, fashion and beauty categories.


Digital Integration Director

Navigating the fluid, fast-moving world of digital takes a rare blend of visionary leadership and sleeves-rolled-up experience—a powerful combination personified by Sarah. Her 15 years of interactive experience at global agencies includes groundbreaking work for Starwood Hotels, Target, Ameriprise, Best Buy and BMW films, where she helped steer “The Driver” into a worldwide viral video phenomenon.


Information Technology Director

Matthew is the architect of the framework that underlies everything KNOCK creates, putting a plethora of innovative digital tools at the creative team’s fingertips. He also is responsible for technical plans, processes and systems for any possible contingency. His rock star moment: Restoring KNOCK’s computer systems to 100% after a devastating fire. In a single weekend.


Production Design Director

As one of the first to join KNOCK’s founding partners, Creighton leads a collaborative crew that brings creative concepts to life. His diverse background in trade show booth design, model making and printing expertise; as manager of the production group, Creighton's partnership approach makes the smartest use of each artist/expert. From prototyping to retouching, printing to packaging, every detail is perfect.
